Customers to use raw material: PP, ABS, PC, PC/ABS - 661, PA66GF30, PPGF30, PC/ABS - 106, PC/ABS - 545, PMMA, POM, 12 kinds of particles, such as the PPT; The central supply room is on the second floor. Twelve stainless steel double-layer insulated hopper dryers and twelve stainless steel storage buckets are planned in the raw material room. All the parts inside the material bucket of the dryer and its internal components are made of stainless steel to ensure that the raw materials are not contaminated. Due to the adoption of double-layer insulation, the temperature and heat inside the drying bucket are more uniform, and at the same time, energy and electricity can be saved. All stainless steel storage barrels are made of stainless steel. It is equipped with standard remote monitoring and centralized communication display to achieve intelligent monitoring.

The raw material room is equipped with power fans for feeding and conveying materials in the injection molding workshop, which are paired with high-performance cyclone pulsating filters to precisely filter dust, reduce the workload of workers and protect the fans. The control section of the feeding room is standardly equipped with Siemens PLC, featuring remote monitoring and centralized communication display. Each dryer is equipped with a drain valve at the bottom. During the feeding process, 12 types of raw materials are respectively added to 12 storage buckets and sent to the dryer for the first time. After the raw materials are dried, they are sent to each main unit through the raw material distribution station for the second time.
